About Us
Talbot Management is dedicated to providing stability, guidance, and essential resources as an outpatient support system for veterans who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. We focus on structured residential living solutions for veterans transitioning through VA discharge or retirement. Our home-care and case management approach supports veterans as they adapt to independent living, social integration, and community reintegration. Through partnerships with VA social workers, we work to expand awareness and access to veteran support services throughout Atlanta and the surrounding Georgia communities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide stability and resources as an outpatient source for veterans who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. We are designed to provide residential living for those in need while being discharged or retiring from the VA. Our home-care system gives support ultimately while adapting to society and social needs. We have partnered with VA social workers to increase awareness in the Atlanta & surrounding Georgia community.

Our vision is to create a safe, structured, and supportive residential community where veterans can rebuild stability, regain independence, and transition confidently into permanent housing. We strive to foster dignity, accountability, and personal growth while promoting wellness, connection, and long-term success for every veteran we serve.
